Who is GLOM?
Glom Press is an award-winning comics publisher and for-hire risograph press, operating out of Thornbury, Victoria. We aim to fill a gap in the Australian publishing industry between minicomics and graphic novels, providing opportunities for emerging and established creators to experiment and hone their craft.
Glom Press is run by:

Marc Pearson is a cartoonist, former Art Editor at The Lifted Brow (issues 25-32) & founder/ former editor of cartoon advice column Advicecomics. He is currently drawing an ongoing comic series called The Flamingo Diamond & drawing comics for Orygen Youth Health.


Michael Hawkins is a cartoonist, illustrator, printmaker, editor and publisher. He has self-published a number of comics and zines and his work has appeared in print and online publications such as The Lifted Brow, Overland, Vice Comics, Fireflies and Archer as well as numerous local and international comics anthologies. He is currently completing his first graphic novel Night and Dawn in Wilma's Exeter.

Bailey is a cartoonist and animator, originally from Georgia, now living in Melbourne. She is the designer of the Worker's Solidarity Bulletin, a bi-weekly union newsletter and a member of the Workers Art Collective and the Other Worlds collective. She is the former art editor, along with Ben Juers, of The Lifted Brow and teaches in design and animation.
Ben Juers is a cartoonist, book cover designer and teacher. He is a member of Workers Art Collective, Trades Hall Artists Studio, Workers Solidarity and Other Worlds Zine Fair. His work has appeared in Kus!, The Lifted Brow, Sydney Review of Books, Overland and Cordite Poetry Review. From 2017 to 2020 he was the co-art editor, along with Bailey Sharp, at the Lifted Brow.
